Julie Cropp Gareleck, trusted and respected business leader, CEO, and author of the bestselling book Dare to Become: From Corner Booth to Corner Office joins Marianne Pestana from Moments with Marianne Radio.

Marianne opens up the conversation with how Julie’s early career working in her parents’ restaurant shaped her business mindset. Julie explains that when her parents bought the restaurant it became a “family affair.” From this journey, Julie was able to “learn the foundations of business from putting together a schedule, hiring and firing employees, how to be financially responsible, and juggling all other aspects of owning a business.”

Marianne encourages Julie to share some advice with listeners who are on the verge of becoming an entrepreneur. “If you just keep moving forward focused on what your goals are you will get there, you just have to keep working it.”
